Our property-owner form asks for the area or postcode, property type and condition, intended timeframe, optional reason, name, phone number and optional email. We do not ask for the exact address at the first contact. We may also record the source page and campaign parameters so we understand how you reached us.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We use these details to assess whether a direct purchase may be suitable, respond to your enquiry, confirm information and, if both sides want to proceed, prepare the next steps. The initial legal basis is your consent and the pre-contractual steps you request when asking for an assessment or proposal. We do not use this consent for marketing.

4. Recipients

We use hosting, database and contact-management providers that process information on Alicante Social's behalf. We will not sell your information or send it to an estate agent to solicit your business unless we first ask for separate permission.
