Property Choice Spain

Property Choice Spain is an estate agency based in El Raso, near Guardamar del Segura, and it's been trading since 2004. If you're house-hunting in the villages and urbanisations just inland from Guardamar, it's one of the longer-standing names around. Its main areas are Ciudad Quesada, El Raso and Guardamar, with listings also in La Mata, San Fulgencio, Lo Pepín and Valverde. Sellers can ask for a free valuation, and the agency says it offers after-sales support once you've bought, which helps with the bits that come later like utilities and paperwork. It's an API registered agent and says it has sold more than 1,100 properties in Spain. The agency pitches itself as a no-pressure option, which suits buyers who want time to think. It's a good fit for retirees and second-home buyers looking at the Quesada and Guardamar area.
