Sun and Co

Sun and Co is a coliving and coworking house in Jávea's old town, and one of the longest-running in Europe. It opened in 2015, and it's the place to go if you work remotely and want to live with like-minded people for a while rather than sit alone in a rental. The set-up is a restored townhouse on Avenida Príncipe de Asturias, a short walk from the sea, with private and shared rooms. Your stay includes a coworking space with fast internet, shared meals and community activities. The website lists private rooms from €40 a day and shared rooms from €23, and it also runs programmes for company teams. The crowd is international, mostly remote workers and digital nomads, and a good share of guests come back. It's picked up Coliving Awards in 2021 and 2022. It suits solo remote workers who want structure, company and the Montgó on the doorstep.
