Javea Home Finders

Javea Home Finders is a long-running estate agency in the Arenal area of Jávea, and a good shout if you want a well-established local office rather than a franchise. It opened as a small office in 2006 and has grown into one of the bigger agencies in the area. Jo Ivory owns it and Amber Gray runs things day to day. The focus is buying and selling, with valuations for owners thinking about putting their home on the market. Listings cover Jávea, Benitachell, Moraira and Jesús Pobre, which gives you a good spread of the coast either side of the Montgó. The website runs in English, Spanish, French, German and Dutch, which helps if you're comparing homes from abroad before a viewing trip. It suits buyers who want an agent with deep roots in Jávea and sellers who want a valuation from people who know the local market.
