Lucas Fox

Lucas Fox Jávea is the local office of the Barcelona-founded luxury agency, set on Plaza Adolfo Suárez by Jávea Port. Come here if you're shopping for a high-end villa, beachfront flat or penthouse and want an agent used to international buyers. The office opened at the start of 2021 and runs a property lounge alongside its offices in the port area. It was set up under Emma Price and Alexandra Halse, with a multilingual team; one agent alone speaks English, Italian, Dutch, German, French and Spanish. The agency handles sales and rentals, and it's part of a network with other Costa Blanca offices in Alicante, Altea and Valencia. It suits buyers with a decent budget who want a polished, service-heavy experience, and sellers of premium homes who want them marketed to buyers across Europe. Expect the focus to be on the pricier end of Jávea's market rather than starter apartments.
