About LaVi Sound and Yoga Academy

LaVi Sound and Yoga Academy is a yoga and sound healing studio in Jalón (Xaló), upstairs in the La Teulera shopping centre opposite the town's famous Saturday rastro. Come for a regular yoga class or a sound bath, or for a full teacher training. It's run by Laura and Vincent. Laura is a certified yoga teacher who teaches Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin and leads the trainings. Vincent is a musician and producer who teaches sound healing and Reiki. Regular classes are open to all, with no experience needed, and you book your mat with Laura by WhatsApp. The academy side is the bigger draw for many. There's a 200 hour Hatha yoga teacher training that mixes online study with an intensive week in Spain, in-person and online Yin yoga trainings, sound bath and sound healing courses, and singing bowl workshops. Much of the course material is in German as well as English. There's also an online membership with recorded and live classes.
