Bikram Yoga Spain Alicante

This is the hot yoga studio on Avenida Locutor Vicente Hipólito in Playa de San Juan, part of the Bikram Yoga Spain group and also branded LIFE Hot Yoga Alicante. Come here if you want to properly sweat: the hot room runs at around 40 to 42 degrees with 40 per cent humidity. Classic Bikram is the main draw, in 60 or 90 minute versions, alongside Hot Vinyasa, Cromo Hot Yoga (a dynamic flow with music and coloured lighting) and Power Hot Pilates. Not everything is heated. There's an outdoor area of about 100 square metres for unheated Vinyasa, flow and aerial yoga, plus a separate room for functional and suspension training. Changing rooms have showers and lockers. Beginners are welcome, but wear light clothes and bring a big water bottle. If you're pregnant, injured or have a health condition, the studio asks you to check with a professional before doing a hot class. Classes and passes are booked through the Bikram Yoga Spain app, from single classes up to unlimited monthly passes.
