Holy Homes

Holy Homes is an estate agency on Calle Trident in Playa de San Juan, and it's mainly one for people selling a home in this part of Alicante. The office describes itself as a certified property consultancy and puts sellers at the centre of what it does. Services include sales advice, home staging to get your place looking its best for photos and viewings, and a fast-sale service for owners who need to move quickly. Current listings are mostly around Playa de San Juan and the PAU 5 area, with some in Garbinet near the Gran Vía. Reviewers mention agents by name, which tells you it's a personal operation rather than a call centre, and some say the team also helped them find a rental. The website is in Spanish with an English version. It suits San Juan homeowners who want a local agent who knows the beach-side neighbourhoods well.
