Alicante Properties

Alicante Properties is a city-centre estate agency on Avenida General Marvá, handy if you want an office you can actually walk into rather than just a portal listing. It handles sales, long-term rentals and short-term lets, and also lists rent-to-own (option to buy) deals and new-build developments. Most of its stock sits in and around Alicante city: neighbourhoods like Playa de San Juan, Altozano and Juan XXIII, plus El Campello and Mutxamel just up the coast. There are some listings further north too, in l'Alfàs del Pi and Polop. The website runs in English, which makes it an easy first stop if you're relocating and weighing up a city flat against something nearer the beach. You can set up property alerts so new listings come to you, and if you're selling there's a valuation request form and an option to list your place with them directly.
